Gift Shop. The best way to contact us is by selecting the

Contact form that will appear. Filling out the appropriate
form is the quickest and easiest way to get in touch with us and
will help ensure that we are able to fulfill your customer service
needs as quickly and effectively as possible.

The cost of shipping is
automatically calculated by the shopping cart and is displayed
to you as you make your selection for service. Just
place the item(s) you would like to order in your cart and
click the checkout button. In order for the cart to
accurately calculate the cost, it will need to know where you
want the package shipped, so you must create an account so you
can enter your address. |
Most models are either die-cast
metal or high-density plastic. The die-cast models
include: AeroClassics 1:400, GeminiJets 1:200, 1:250 and
1:400, GeminiMacs 1:400, Herpa 1:400 and 1:500, InFlight 1:200
and 1:500, Phoenix 1:200 and 1:400, and StarJets 1:500.
The plastic models include: Herpa 1:200, Hogan Wings 1:200,
SkyMarks (all scales) and StarJets 1:200. Some Hogan
Wings and Herpa 1:200 models are die-cast metal where
indicated. We also feature a line of hand-crafted
mahogany models - the Executive Series. |
At this time we do not offer
telephone customer service - it is one of the ways we are able
to keep our costs down and therefore our prices low. If
you have a question, please submit your question through one
of the links below. We pride ourselves on quality
customer service and we respond to most questions within a few
hours.
As for our location we ship everything from our Connecticut
warehouse, but we do not have a store you can visit -
everything is online.
