In 1974, Philippine Airlines was the first East Asian airline to commission the DC-10 in its long-haul -30 version. The original of this new model with the registration RP-C2003 was the airline’s first self-purchased airplane in 1976, following two jets leased from KLM. The model will be delivered with display stand and rubber tires.
