Domestic Shipping
Shipping to the 48 Continental United States is
by UPS and depending on where you are located, you will have various choices
from Ground service, to Three Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day Air Saver.

When you checkout using the shopping cart you will be shown appropriate shipping
options, for example if you are in California, you will get all shipping
options, but if you are in Connecticut, which is only one day by Ground service,
you will not see Three Day Select or Second Day Air. You will also see the
estimated arrival date for each shipping method. Keep in mind this is an
estimated date, and is not meant to represent a guarantee. Sometimes
packages arrive a day before the date listed and sometimes a day after, but it
is meant to serve as a guide for which method to choose.
For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and
other US Territories, we use the US Postal Service Priority Mail which typically takes
about 5-7 days. We also offer USPS Priority Mail for shipments to the Continental US,
but do not recommend it because UPS is typically more reliable and less expensive.
International Shipping
We ship to nearly every country on the globe.
Depending on the destination country we offer as many as 5 different services.
For the fastest service, we offer UPS Worldwide Express/Expedited. UPS shipments
usually arrive within about 3-5 business days and are fully trackable from door to door. UPS
is offered to a limited number of countries.
We offer three services from the US Postal Service. Express Mail usually takes about 1-2 weeks, Priority
Mail usually takes about 2-3 weeks and First Class Mail takes about 3-4 weeks.
We also offer DHL GlobalMail Priority. With this service, DHL brings the package to
the destination country and inserts it into the mail-stream. It is then delivered to you
by your local post office. This service takes about 2-4 weeks, and offers limited tracking
information to some countries, but no tracking information to most countries.
Shipping Costs
In all cases, the cost of shipping is
automatically calculated by the shopping cart and is displayed to you as you
make your selection for service. This along with the estimated arrival
date on Domestic orders will help you make the decision on which service to
select. The shipping calculation is done using the UPS and USPS rates
based on the calculated weight of the package and the destination location.
We do not add any hidden handling fees to the shipments.
Shipping Discounts
In most cases we offer FREE UPS Ground shipping
for orders over $100. The exception to this is if the order contains on of a few large
and bulky items that will disqualify the order from the free shipping offer. If an
item meets this criteria, it will say so in the description.
Returns
We have a very friendly return policy. If
you are not satisfied with your products, we will accept returns up to 30 days
after you receive them, provided that the item and the box it came in are in new
condition. We cannot accept returns without the original product box and
all included packaging materials, accessories and parts. In the case of
the larger items like the Starter Sets, and Complete Airport Set, we cannot
accept a return on parts - we must receive the entire set. In cases of
airport accessories sets with many small parts, often these parts come in small
plastic bags. Please ensure all parts are included and tape or otherwise
re-seal the bags.
If you need to return anything and it is in new
condition and within the 30 day window, simply
contact us
to inform us of the return. Please do not send returns back to us
without contacting us first.
In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee like many
other companies do, so you will get a full refund for the price of the returned
product(s). In the case of special order items, there is a restock fee of 10%. Please be aware that in all cases, we are unable to refund the
original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
Please note that in cases where the original order received
free shipping, if the whole order is returned or the balance of unreturned items does not exceed
the $100 threshhold for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product we will submit
a carrier insurance claim on your behalf and we will then replace the damaged
product. Please
contact us
to inform us of the damage so we can start the process. Please note that
due to carrier restrictions, we cannot process damage claims for damaged product
boxes.
